  2. Yay... band buddies! Have you noticed that everyone else's post-op diets are a lot more restrictive? I'm the type to get paranoid about that kind of thing, so it's worrying me. Like you, I started soft/canned foods yesterday, and I feel awesome so far, but I'm afraid that my band is going to slip despite all my fervent chewing!
  3. Where did you get banded? Your instructions sound just like mine... I was banded by Dr. Smith in Fort Worth on 3/17. Congratulations on your loss so far!
