    Hi Mel I am at the very start of this process as just got a referral from my GP today to see Dr Mosse, and rang to get into an information session before Christmas. I have already done a lot of reading and a substantial amount of thinking about this - it has taken me years to get to this point! I would really love to hear from you about what you have learnt so far and any advice you may have for me. Also, do you know what your out-of-pocket expenses will be? My health fund said something about if it is medically necessary then Medicare would cover some or something like that. I am very determined now so will have to find the money no matter the cost.
