    Hi, I am a newbie and I am afraid not to have the surgery because of all the health issues that I have. I have battle with weight for a long time. Depression now is a major issue for me. I need to loose 133 pounds. I am excited becuase my first meeting is January 7 at 7 pm. I need a lot of encouragement from those who understand my situation.:thumbup:
