I am on insulin and have recently learned that it causes weight gain. I do not eat constantly but I am constantly gaining wieght. I want a change and I spoke with my personal physician and the doctor said that I would be a great candidate. I am nervous but very excited at the same time. I am planning on having my surgery in TN. I spoke to family members and my brother is researching and wanting to know everything about the lap-band procedure before he will agree to the surgery and that is fair. Any advice for me?
