I am a 22 year old full time college student and also work full time as a Behavior Interventionist with children with autism.   I have been basically over weight all of my life and after high school when I wasn't active in sports anymore I really gained a lot of weight.  It has been getting harder to keep the energy up for work and school and my health keeps declining.  So after 3 years of thinking about getting the surgery I finally went in for my consultation in September and now I am getting realized banded 12/4/09 at 2:45p.m.  I am truly hoping that the weight loss and life changes will get me the energy I used to have!
