Finally gave in to my family and decided to do something to get this weight off. A week and a half into the pre-op liquid diet and it is going OK. No real problem sticking to it (having broth really helps) although strawberry Slim Fast is awful.I am in control of my own destiny and have no one to blame but myself for failure.
