have gone down 55+ lbs from 11-20-10 hope to get to 200 by b-day in may that is 25 more lbs

the nite before the band and 30 days after the band i have gone from 274 to 248 and will keep going now i am down to 235 down to 230 and will keep it up down from a size 30 to 20

I got my band on 11-20-09 and my frist fill on 01-07-10 and that was 1cc and i have droped 44 lbs from the band date i go back and get my 2nd fill on 02-17-10 best of luck to all of us:thumbup:

From Ocean County DR Rerich and DR STROM was banded in SOCH out by Long Beach Island on 11-20-09 and just the best have been doing real good

Hi I just got my frist fill on 01-07-10 at 2pm and they gave me 1 cc and i had lost 9 more lbs from the last vist to the doc on 12-14-09 they say to do liquids for 24 hrs and then go to solids but i am going to do this 1 day liquids 1 day mushies 1 day semi solids then back to solids just so i can get use to the band i did talk to the doc about this he said that would be good if any problems to call the office ASAP:thumbup:

When i needed to take my meds i would do it with some warm water and i think that has help i had one that i must take and it is a capsal and that is the one i use warm water with from the tap hope this helps
