  1. Curious about liquid diet?

    my surgeon had me drink protein shakes, but I also found these things called Liquid Protein, it's like a long test tube and its all protein (42g) in one shot. I found them at GNC...but CVS and Walmart have them too.

    I am in day 3 of the pre op liquid diet, and started convincing myself no to do it...today. My surgery is on 12/8. I am going through with it...my husband is super supportive and keeps telling me why I want to do this. I'm starting to believe its all amind game that I keep playing with myself. All supoortive words would be great!!
