I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I have tried every suggestion that my doctor's had since I was in 8th grade. My family history made me at high risk for diabetes and hypertension. I knew I wanted to make a change for myself to be an over all happier person. I'm 21 years old, a senior in college and ready to start another phase of my life. I'm happy that I will have the confidence I never had before to take the next step. I still have a long way to go but I wouldn't change my decision for anything.
