  1. I was banded June 11, 2009. Wish I would have known about this site a long time ago! Can't wait to meet people that are experiencing the same things as I am! :thumbup:

    It is normal too feel like you can eat more at wk 6. The fill will definitely help. When you do get the fill be sure you chew everything really well...you won't be able to eat as much as you have been now that there will be fluid in the band so keep that in mind. Don't be discouraged yet..it's a life change that you still have to get used to. Don't focus so much on the scale and stay away from the foods you shouldn't be eating..you'll be very happy in the end if you eat the things you should. Remember eating and what you eat is a mental game. The band is a tool and it is what you make of it! Good Luck!
