    Mine are itchy, too. And yes I agree it is because they are healing. My have a clear type glue substance over them. I scratch around them but keep telling myself that my post op is just a few days away and maybe it will be better.

    I was having problems with getting my protein drinks down...dislike the taste. I have found some that were not too bad but still having trouble...so I started freezing them. So much better!!! It is kinda like having ice cream.

    My pharmacist worked with my doctor on my meds. They prescribed prevacid which is a large strawberry flavored tablet. You place it in your mouth and it dissolves. Great alternative!

    I tried Isopure today. Not a shake. The flavor I tried was called Alpine Punch...it tasted like Hawiian Punch. It has 40 grams of protein and is pre-made. I bought it at The Vitamin Shop. I don't like chaulky tasting things and don't like milk either so this is a good alternative.
