  1. Congrats on your decision to have the band. I think it will be worth it. I am 10 days post op and it's kind of hard just to have protein shakes but I know it will get better. I have lost 19 and a half pounds so far and am happy about it. Good luck and I am sure it won't be as hard as the knee surgery.
  2. I am 10 days post op. What kind of soups are you having? I am on protein shakes only for now but they said I can have some soup ? what kinds?
  3. Congrats! I just had mine done on Oct 21st. I am on day 8 and feel really good, but want food sometimes. Still on just protein shakes but my potassium was low so he had me put bannana in shake and liquify it. Can't wait to eat real food.
  4. Good for you. I had gas too and it gets better every day. I am on day 8 now and feeling pretty good. I want food sometimes but I will now eat until they tell me to. Stay positive!
