  2. I have heard from quite a few people that have used Dr Amson in Victoria, however, I am wondering if anyone has used his partner Dr Tang? If so, what are your thoughts? Thanks Bear
  3. Hello All I had a consult and was told that I would never again be allowed to have anything with starch.... Which includes all carbs both simple and complex. How can this be healthy? One of the goals to loosing the weight and changing my lifestyle is so that I can become more active. With a no/low carb diet how am I going to be able to get out of bed, let alone go play hockey? Thanks Gerry
  4. Thanks for the reply. However, where do I find the "Canadian Board"? Thanks Again Gerry
  5. Hey all, I am still pre-op, however, I already have an OR date for mid Jan 2010. Actually However, as this all has happened very quickly I am still researching. I know that Dr Amson in Victoria BC Canada has quite a good reputation, however, has something like a 2 year waiting list. However, I have seen his partner Dr Tang. I am wondering if anyone has used Dr Tang to install their band? What are your thoughts on his care pre and post op. Thanks in advance Gerry
