Hi, my name is Kim and I just got my realize band on 10/19/09 and doing good I think so far. I have been on the stage 3 full liquids and don't really know what i can eat except broths and such i am really in need of some suggestions before i do something stupid. Any suggestions....??/

My name is Kim and i was banded (realize) on 10/19/09 and I could sure use a band buddy to help me succeed in this new lifestyle I have chosen. I am 51 and have been married for 27 years my husband is very supportive in this journey, I have 4 children, 3 grandchildren with ine more due any day now :-) ! I live in CT and work as a day care teacher for infants and toddlers and have done that it seems all my life. since my first apt with Dr. Nadzam in August 09( 271) I have lost to date I believe 16 lbs. ( no scale) and would like to loose 100 lbs eventually. thanks

Hi, I also had my band done on 10/19/09! My doctor didn't take off my badages I took off the outer one on Friday and still have the tape which i was told to let it come off by itself. I will have my first apt with the Dr. on Wed. 10/28
