Some times I feel the same way. I have 7.1cc fill in a 10cc band, and there are times that I can eat a piece of steak with no problem. I can pratically eat whatever I want at times if I chew slowly. Every body is different and it's hard not to compare yourself with others. Not to worry just stay foucus on what your goal is.
I avoid breads. I've learned to eat wheat crackers instead. Occasionally I can tolerate a piece of hard italian bread. Other than that I'm afraid of bread getting stuck..
For me it varies, I usually work out in the morning and my band usually feels tight. I might have a protein shake, or just vitamin water while I'm working out. after my work out I would have a yogurt danon lite and fit 80cal.
It took me a few years to dedcide to have the surgery, and each time I came close to my first seminar I chicken-out. I said I can do this on my own. and for short time I did only to gain that which I lost and more.
I don’t regret having the surgery. I think that it was one of the best decisions that I could have made for myself. I know that you will do well, all the best on Monday.
:blushing:
