Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
I know but the weird thing is, I haven't lossed anymore weight yet. Maybe it will start coming off soon. Really though by suppertime, I can eat quite a bit, so I am not really worried. I think that I will just have to learn what it is I can eat without this happening.

Fellow CANUCKS: User Name origin
My user name is also kinda boring, my real name is Louise. Except for Mandi (too young) you should remember the Jefferson's sitcom. The leading actresses character's name was Louise and her husband always called her Wheezy. It's just coincidence that I am also a bad asthmatic and am often pretty wheezy. Go figure.

Parent/Teenager Poll
Cloe, by your description of your dtr it sounds like she has her sh..t together. She is working, and good grades up until now. Your job as a parent is to teach your kids right from wrong. She knows right from wrong that and will come to her senses sooner or later. Parenting is the most difficult job we will ever do so give yourself a break. You are doing a great job, now it's up to your dtr to make the right choices. Parenting has taught me the biggest lesson I have ever learned my whole life. It is that you can lead a horse to Water, but you can't make him drink it. And while you are going through all of this remember to take care of yourself. We are here for you Cloe. PS I did not vote, it's a personal choice. I used tough love with my kids but it was only after trying everything else first.

Argon's Activities
I have cable light speed internet. It's cheaper than high speed yet it's pretty fast. 10000000X faster than dial up (at least it seems that way). It's only been a year since we are able to get cable. We still can't get a high speed phone lines here.

Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
Dawn, you are amazing. You have lost all that weight without having the terrible side effects. Since my second fill, hardly a day goes by that I don't pb. Breakfast and lunch are the worst and by supper it gets better.

Neenagh's Nutty Nattering
So I spoke to my superior about what happened on Friday. He told me that he could not do anything such as talk to the witnesses or talk to the psycho unless I put it in writing. I told him that I was afraid and that would probably escalate her erratic behavior. He said he would deal with that if he had to. I'm scared.....I know the master manipulator psycho b...tch will turn it around and implicate me....but I do have witnesses....or I could wait and catch her on the tape recorder. I told my superior that I planned on carrying a voice recorder and he seemed OK with it. I feel like one of those people that complain and do nothing to improve their situation. I really don't want to do this!!!

Green's grumblings
Green, when you go for your fill. Ask the Dr. about your liver. Such as did it look enlarge, did it look like there was a pathology? Should you be concerned by what he saw? He would have the best insight of what's going on with your liver.

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
Interesting, never really thought about it. Maybe if I cut it up in tiny bite sizes I may be able to. May look kinda weird, they are usually swallowed whole. I will let ya know the next time we vacation on the ocean. We (my husband and I) never eat them unless they are caught fresh.

Neenagh's Nutty Nattering
This is sad to say, but I just put a tape recorder in my purse to take to work tomorrow. I bought the tape recorder in 1997 to make audio tapes of myself reciting notes for an exam. I was studying for my Advanced Registration for Med. Lab. Tech. I was a single parent raising 2 kids and didn't really have much time for studying, so I purchased a tape recorder. I would listen to the recordings in my car, in bed before I slept and any other time I could find. It helped me a lot, I passed the exam in 1998. Only 3% of Med Lab Techs go on to achieve an ART( Advanced Registered Technologist). Now it's time this tape recorder helps me again. Now, I need everyone's opinion, do I tell her that I have the recorder? Do I record our conversations without her knowing? I think it's legal to record without her knowing. The law (I think) states that it is legal as long as one of the parties know that the conversations are being recorded. I think I may let others (only the ones that I trust) know where it is and if they need it they could use it. Boy!!!! I can't believe it has come to this!!!

Argon's Activities
Well, let's see..for starters how about a gift certificate at Micheal's, then once your husband is elected have him influence either cable or the the phone company to put the cables down your road for high speed internet so that I don't have to feel so bad if I post a very large photo. In the meantime, I will avoid posting any pictures.

Chronicles of Cloe!!!!!
I think I know what it means. When my mom made fudge, after it reached the right temperature, she would put the pot in a sink of cold water making sure the water would not get in the pot, then she would stir like crazy. The fudge would cool quickly and as it cooled and as she stirred vigorously, she added butter. The consistency of the liquid would gradually thicken and change to a slightly lighter color. I think the slab of marble was how the fudge was cooled. So if you do not have the slab of marble, try cold water. Let me know if you try it

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
I love raw oysters, steamed mussels, all seafood and most types of fish. The Maritime is in a great location to have fresh seafood. When I met Mandi at the clinic (Cloe was getting her fill), I asked her if she had samples New Brunswick scallops yet. There is nothing better than Dig by, NB scallops, and PEI lobster. Imagine that, I was talking about food at the WLS clinic!!! Go figure!!!

Neenagh's Nutty Nattering
Green, after Friday's incident, the people that were in the room offered to be witnesses for the incident. I didn't even have to ask.

Neenagh's Nutty Nattering
I think I will try this.

Neenagh's Nutty Nattering
Oh Cloe, I have tried, I've had several heart to heart conversations with her. I've told her how much I care about her, I've told her what I like about her, I have even apologized even though I had nothing to apologies about. I've told her that I knew that we had a communication problem and asked her what I could do that would help our situation. Of course she never had suggestions on what could be done to help, nor did she ever apologized for her behavior. Last Friday was the straw that broke the camel's back. That's it I'm fed up, I'm not taking it anymore.
