    I am anxiously awaiting my first fill which will be 9/29/09. About 5 weeks post op. I am always hungry and I know I'm eating the wrong things. I only lost 8 lbs since surgery 8/19/09. I have to start exercising...I think I can...I think I can...I know I can.:thumbdown:

    I know it's hard hang in there. My seminar was 8/08 and I was banded 8/09 with a whole bunch of insurance/doctor requirements in between. It goes fast!
