  1. I cannot eat chicken breast as it just gets stuck. I am a fish fan now and also love my salmon. I find omelettes are really great and I had one from the chinese the other day. It did me two meals. Soft tortillas give me difficulties but I will have to try the hard shells. I may be able to eat them. I find when I go out to lunch or dinner at a resturant, I am leaving 3/4s of my meal behind. I am starting to only buy things I can eat if they are entree size.
  2. I was wondering about this as I had my first fill on Friday and I am already getting very hungry. Dr did say to come back in two weeks if I dont feel my hunger is under control. I think I will be going back in the two weeks. I am having to control my eating which is very hard for me as I am hungry except for about an hour after eating.
  3. I was banded on 29th October. Not much pain except for the wind pain. On the liquids so long as they go up a straw. Feeling good.
  4. I was unsure as to whether or not I would tell people before I was done. I decided to tell my Mum and two friends. They were supportive. However one friend does not believe Medicare should pay for something I did to myself and should be able to fix. Wow!!! I was surprised by that. I am on the pre diet at the moment and nobody could call this cheating!!
