  1. Hi, I was also banded on 9/25 and find it very hard to eat slowly. I was told to take 30 mins per 4 oz meal. I find that I am hungry late night but I just ignore the pains and go to sleep
  2. Was it hard to make the adjustment with chosing the right foods to eat. The thought of me not being able to eat what I want and when I want scares me. I have always been overweighted. At the same time I'm so excited about being thinner I find myself daydreaming about the clothes that I am going to look good in .
  3. My surgery is scheduled for 9/25/2009. I feeling nervous and would like to communicate with someone.:mad2:
  4. I will be banded on 9-25-2009
  5. Good luck!! I am also nervous, my surgery is 9/25 and I am eating everything in site...I can't seem to help myself. I am also forgetting things daily and I believe all this is due to the surgery.
