    Given Dr. Fielding's December schedule and mine, the best I could do is dec.4. We have had a week long ski trip to Vermont planned with our 3 granddaughters, 7,3, and 1 for December 20-26 for months. It is an 8 hour car trip to get there plus I am designated babysitter for 1 year old while everyone else skis. I am trying to decide if I should postpone to January or go ahead. I know there is no crystal ball for how I will feel, but would love insights/recommendations from those who have been through the surgery. Thanks for your help!
