Hi, It just happened to me Monday night. I was on my way to the ER because it was so bad, and right before we got there I threw it up! That was the worst pain and it was affecting my breathing. I never want to go through that again.
Good Job MommyX2!
Don't burn your self out! Having one "cheat night" is always a good thing, it gets you through the whole rest of the week. I go out every Friday night with my husband "Date Night" and have a drink and usually share a meal. I am always aware of what we choose and make sure its not too bad, then I know just what I need to do at the gym the next day!
Have fun, this is a great thing we have done for ourselves.
Hi,
As soon as I was able to start exercising I did. I started with walking the mall, one lap then two and so on. I then joined the gym with my daughter last February. I tried doing different classes to see how liked them, but decided the tread mill was the best for me. I do the FAT burn program for 45 min. and usually burn about 450 calories. I then maybe 3 times a week add in weights, depending on my time.
I love the gym, I like going with my daughter, even if we might be doing different work outs.
Keep it up!
I had my surgery Nov. 2008, with Dr, Haag. I have had nothing but positive things to say about him and the office. Dr. Haag has always been great with me giving me encouragement the whole time. I am very close to my goal now, and am actually finding it a little harder now to drop these last few pounds. That is why I came to this site for help! About the office.. don't get discouraged, just keep on calling, because the end result is sooooo worth it!
Hi,
I am new to this web site, and not too sure about how it works yet. I am a patient of Dr. Haag, and had my surgery Nov. 2008, I have since lost 65lbs. Dr. Haag was wonderful right from the start, and now I only see him once in a while for a fill. I have had 6 fills, and they have all been very easy. This is the best thing I ever did, and I am very happy I found the doctor that I did!
