This happens to me often , however i have a problem being sensitive to fills and my stomach swells easily , here are some things to consider , which can cause me some issues. 1. Have you Pbed anytime recectnly ? 2. Is it your Time of the month ? 3. are you under any stress ? 4. Have you flown recently ? 5. have you been sick ? 6.Anything out of the ordinary ? MIndy

I dont know where you get im angry I am not . If i mis read what you wrote I am sorry . Most people have the stance that you have to have children to be a "real" woman . I thought that is what you meant. I agree, I think if a woman wants her tubes tied they should be able to make that choice. I had a male doctor at age 24 after i had my second child . My doc would not tie my tubes he said i was too young and had not been married long enough to " make that choice" WTF ? I think i know if i do not want anymore kids. at 24 I had 2 . So my husband had his done before i had my surgery . IF a woman know's she does not want kids period she should be able to make that choice at any age really Mindy

I wont sit here and do hypothetical anymore. Its ridiculous. You can sit here and tip toe around it all you want , weather you want to admit it or not . In a round about way you are calling someone who has an abortion a murderer. You cant call the abortion doc and the clinic murderers and not call ther woman one too . So either admit that is the case to yourself and that's how you really feel or admit that is NOT the case, You cant have it both ways. I walked past 30 people holding picket signs calling me a murderer when i had my abortion . Cause that was how they felt. At least they clearly stated thats how they felt. There is no anger. Only frustration and sickness for people who sit here day after day and say " I do not judge: But for what ever reason do not see they do . THIS is how teens end up pregnant !! You tell a teen " DO NOT Have sex if you do your DISOBEYING GOD " you want to have a teen get pregnant and have an abortion TELL them that shit ! My parents told me DONT HAVE SEX DONT HAVE SEX its WRONG WRONG WRONG your wrong if you do it. THEN turned aroun dand asked me " do you need to be on the pill" NOW hummm why the hell would i tell you to put me on the pill when you have told me from day 1 how wrong it is to have sex? does not take a genious to figure that out !! So you drill into a kid how wrong sex is and how your disobeying disappointing god by having it . then tell them " BUT you can come to me if you need protection I can all but gurantee you it wont happen ! I have a 16 yr old son . I have told him from day one , " I would rather you wait to have sex until your married, however if you do not wait I will not be dissapointed in you and I will love you no matter what " HERE are your condems , this is how you use them ect. " He walks out of this house on dates and my questions to him are " got money , got enough gas, got condoms" If he has questions about sex he comes to me . Guess what ? He's almost 17 and still a virgin . Do i know that 100% yes i do ! My 17 yr old sister, who my parents are still raising the same as they raised me with the dont dont dont crap ... came to ME to put her on the pill . My parents did not learn crap from me . Anyone who thinks telling a kid to abstain and ONLY abstain is sadly mistaken it will work . Some day people will realize that ! Anyone who thinks shaming a kid with God or anything or anyone else will make them not have sex is sadly mistaken too ! If your willing to be a grand parent at an early age keep that process up !! I have not had a hysto but I have PCOS which causes hormones to go NUTS . My sex drive has gotten much better as my weight came off. But before that, my doc put me on Wellbutrin and antidepressant and OMG did my sex drive come back . Its been fine ever since then . You might want to suggest that to the doc ? I know how much of a strain that can put on a marriage its not easy at all Good luck Mindy

I ditto everything Cleo's mom Said. besides the complications. Your doc needs to know your doing this NOW ! If this goes on and he finds out your doing it later he's going to be VERY UPSET. if you devople a complication this is his stats that your putting at risk. I can tell you docs do not take kindly to taht. I think you have to face your surgeon . If you do not have "Time" for the band or your having too many issues than your best option is to have it removed instead of doing this . Mindy

Also you said your down only 35lbs since being banded. your weight loss averages out to 1.4 pds per week . That is "Average" weight loss for the band. Average is 1-3 pounds per week so your right in the middle. You have nothing to be discouraged about . Your doing fine ! Mindy

You should be able to drink the Water comfortably , Not feel it "stop' or back up in your throat or feel any pain. If your not sure after you tell him have him do the fill then walk around the office or wait in the waiting room for a while and continue to drink water. Sometimes after i have a fill i cant gulp water but I do not have a problem with drinking it with sips . Does that help any ? Mindy

Green I have told you this before that I admire you for realizing that you do not want to have children and taking steps to not have them instead of being one of those people who know they are not or would not be a good mother and have them . I do not think everyone has to be a mother. Or every woman woudl be a good mother, Geesh have you watched the news lately ? I had my first son at 16 i can not take birth control due to migraines but took other steps to make sure i would not get pregnant again . When i ended up pregnant at 19 after ending an abusive relationship I was not going to have a baby with someone who had just got done beating me so badly he put me in the hospital for days on end. Nor did having 2 kids at age 19 and being a single mother look appealing to me. I knew if i had the baby the father would not have given it up for adoption. I had the abortion it was the right thing for me to do under my circumstances at the time. When I say it still upsets me or bothers me , the circumstances around the abortion bothered me , I was upset that i got pregnant to begin with and upset that the circumstances did not allow me to have the baby ( DONT FREAKING TELL ME I COULD HAVE EITHER I wont listen to that shit from anyone now ) As a mother and a human being the abortion i think bothers people , it just does. It not an easy thing to do. I think people who do not agree with abortion think those of us who have them use them as birth control or that we think of them as the easy way out. its not the case for me at least. I still do not regret the choice i made it was the right one . My life was hard enough bringing up my son alone it would have been nearly impossible or much much different with another one ! I do not regret it . you can have a choice bother you , upset you and it STILL be the right thing to do . Mindy

See what all of you do not get is I do not see a fetus as a baby, one that can live on its own until 22-24 weeks. It can not sustain life on its own until then. Do I agree with late term abortions no i do not at all. I am REALLY sick and tired of people saying " dead baby " chose to kill . SERIOUSLY !!! All of you who are such wonderful "Christians" need to think about what your saying and how your saying it . Would i have a problem with a woman having the choice ? NO woudl I have a problem with the state, federal govt. forcing them to ? YES . I have a problem with "keeping" it alive with technology though. either way i personally believe it should be left up to the woman no matter what . Its her choice. My boys have some good ones. My 16 yr old has one that says " You look like my next girl friend " and one that says ' Laugh all you want at my pink shirt its your girlfriends' OH and one of my favorites, " Im only friends with you cause your mom is hot " LOL I love those !! Mindy
