  1. There are many things that I am looking forward too, but 1st and probably most important to me is that I will feel good about myself again, and in turn I think that will effect every other aspect of my life. I have two boys, 13 and 10 and I don't won't them to be embarrassed of their mother. And I want to be desired by my HUBBY again. I know he loves me, but when you don't love yourself, it effects everything. I am so excited to begin this journey in my life. Only 14 more days. I am going to Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Acuna Mexico
  2. October 20th for me, and it can't get here quick enough. I wish it were tomorrow. I start my preop diet on Friday.
  3. October 20 is the big day..I am self pay, so I'm going to Mexico to Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Acuna MX.
  4. I've lived in OKC for a little of 5 years. My husband is from here and we moved here when he retired from the military 5 years ago. I am orginally from Victoria Texas(about 2 hours south of san antonio)
  5. Hi to everyone. I live in OKC. I am getting my LapBand in Mexico. My insurance wouldn't cover anything, so it is South of the Border for me. I have never posted before, so I hope I am doing this right. I am certainly computer illiterate. I should get my 10 year old in here to help. I am having surgery by Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Ciudad Acuna Mexico on October 20. I wish it were tomorrow, but gotta go when I can take the time off from work and the hubby can go with me. My mother in law is going also and having surgery the same day. I really enjoy reading everyone's postings. I have been reading a lot on lapbandtalk.com for several months now.
