I have battled weight issues my entire life. The lowest weight I ever was 150 lbs, the highest 240, now i am at 214. i have tried every diet that is out there and have failed. I checked with Highmark BS of PA and our plan covered gastric banding. I have completed all requirements for approval and was given the authorization 10 days after submitting to the insurance company. My surgery is scheduled for September 1st. I am nervous and excited! Cannot wait to start this chapter in my life.
