  2. A few things that people above have said are true if your numbers are off then it can make you gain if there not right it will help with your energy and that overly tired feeling you have.

  10. I will be banded in 5 days and I"m not excited anymore will it come back? I'm very calm I feel pretty prepared. I just don't have the pre event jitters I usually do (for any big event) I do have to have my blood checked for potassium tomorrow afternoon but thats it.

  12. Thanks guys I have to take the supplement ie horse pill for 30 days my surgery falls right in the middle. I guess it can't hurt

Ok it's not the snythroid well not alone they Synthroid is sodium based which makes me swell so I also take a water pill (here is the aha moment) that lowers potassium as well as I was taking a antibiotic that didn't agree with my stomach for 10 days (also a cause of low potassium) so there you have it it's a one pill downfall

  22. My surgeon actually suggested it and that I do it a few days before since they don't require a pre op diet.
