I have been overweight all my life.  The one time I did lose 80 lbs I literally starved myself to death.  Needless to say it came back on two-fold, literally.  I have lost so much weight in my life time only to be disappointed when it crept back on.  I am married with 2 children 12 and 6.  I coached my daughters softball team this last summer and I thought it would finish me off, I was so embarassed to be out there in front of the parents, I just knew they were judging me because of my weight as most people do.  I don't want my kids to be embarassed by me.  I was them to be proud of their mom, and I want to be proud of myself.  My husband has been with me every step of the way, I am so lucky to have him.
