  1. I'm sooooo glad I found this!! I was banded on 07/14/09 and have lost 15 lbs in the first 10 days, but nothing since. I keep feeling like I am doing something wrong and as the days past I feel more and more hungry. Is this normal? Will my first fill help my hunger? I guess at this point I am afraid to fail at this like every other diet. Any advice?
  2. Hey i read your post and was wondering what your diet consist of post-op with your pcos. I also suffer with pcos and was banded on 7/14/09. I have lost 15 lbs after surgery and feel great about that. I am currently at a stand still in my weight loss and a little frustrated. I know it's early in the process, but I have been eating less with no results, not even a pound. Any advice?
  3. Hi all! I was banded on July 14th! I am eating soft foods and doing well with them. However, the last few days I have noticed I seem to be getting hungry a few hours after I eat. Is this normal? To date I have lost 15 lbs post-op.
