  1. I went to the gym on the 10th day, but I told my trainers the deal and so I have just been doing the walker, arc trainer, bike, and weights of my arms, in a couple of weeks we are going to start on leg presses and stomach.
  2. Gezz you just had major surgery you have to give yourself time to heal, I too had the same as you I called it me time, me has to sleep, me has to shower, me has to lay down, me needs more pain killers NOW, me need chinese broth, me needs to stand up ( I found slow walking settled some of the gas) me me me and then let yourself heal, I did feel like something wierd was living in my body, it bubbled and gurgled and carried on for about 3 weeks and is only just starting to come but to normal. I still have a bit of pain and my op was the 8 july,
  3. I told the poeple at work I had a stomach ulcer I had to had a op on, and I had to eat soft food till the scar heals, (ps people really don't care as long as you don't look sick). they just say OH really.
  4. I was banded 14 days ago and had plenty of pain the next morning I went home that arvo, no bra and trakkie pants are the most comfortable, I still can't sleep on my stomach I guess it will come. I still have pain where the cuts are. but I have lost 16kg pre op and I am happy:cool2:
