OMG It feels so good getting up in the morning (some days not so much but thats another story lol)... My body is changing everyday, I can run, walk, skip, hop, jump, crawl (and get off the floor with out help).... I love the energy I have and well today I just feel so blessed! I have my off days where I eat wrong but today isnt going to be that day. i woke up and said to myself that "I am going to be happy today no matter what" and so far so good. My sugar is under control and thats a major plus. This is like a game fr me. See how healthy I can be each day. Its a little challenge I have with myself. I am winning everyday. I like to win lol! I did this surgery to be healthy number one and to feel better when i looked in the mirror was my second reason.... Honestly, I dont need the mirror (though when I do see my reflection i giggle cause its really changed). I can actually just feel how I have changed and its all I need. I can breath again! Ahhhh! I love life today! I do this one day at a time. Live in the moment! Trying to do the next right thing. I am a total optimist now and its driving my family and friends crazy but I LOVE IT! lol! This surgery saves lives and mine is one it saved! Have a blessed day!

  3. Congrats on your surgery date! Your fear is the same thing I felt. What if I have the surgery and fail and dont drop the weight..... Well, I listened to my doctor and I treated my body like a temple and ate right and worked out (once I got the ok) and I have to tell you, some people lose faster then others (my friend had her surgery after me and lost more then I did)...... Dont get discouraged! Keep doing the next right thing and you will see he results. Saty positive and know that your going to live a longer healthier life. Stay strong and if you need to talk to someone, I am always around. Message me any time day or noight and i will get back to you!
