Thank you! I am down 90 pounds, 299 starting weight now i am 209, it really feels like i wont lose another pound and i always feel hungry. Its certainly not that easy. I try to exercise at least 3 days a week.

Hey how are you doing, i feel like i am 100 percent better just some pain from from where my port was. Im deff struggling getting my Protein in its like i have to gag a Protein shake down its that gross tasting!!! I just found these yogurt smoothies made by dannon light and fit 12 grams of protein but 10 sugars. Have you experimented with food at all. I am 7 days post opp and pretty much all the pain went away just some soreness! I really dont feel any restriction, do you guys have restriction? I am also so sick of protein drinks!!!!

What pain meds did they release you with?

Kewadiak, how are you doing? I am in so much pain, i am still in hospital due to the fact thats i have a fever and am dehydrated. My surgeon said my surgery was 6 hours long and it was hard to do. I am having a hard time moving, i hope it gets easier soon

I am having a really hard time following this preop diet I keep cheating! I guess I'll make sure to follow it starting Tuesday since my surgery is the 2nd! Also, getting nervous a bit since I am a revision from lapband I keep thinking I am going to wake up and they tell me sorry we couldn't do it all at once. Does it hurt alot where the port was? Did the surgeon say how your stomach was from the band being in there any damage? Im going to have band to by pass june 2 in one surgery im getting nervous!
