I have been a big girl my whole life, the only time I was skinny was when I was using illegal drugs. However I have long passed that phase in my life, I am now a married stay at home mom/student and love every minute of it. About a year ago I got the word that I had high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, and was just a time bomb waiting to explode. Being only 35 with three little children, I did not want that for my life. I need a change and this is what I need to do. I am scared about it, and not sure if I can succeed at it, but I know I need to do it and I am ready for a change.
