Hi I had my lap band done on July 12 last year. But, I am not losing, I can still eat everything. And as much as I want. I have had 3 fills, but I am not tight enough. How do you know if you are full enough? How tight do you feel?

Hi There I am 52 years young, and 5'9", weighing in at 272. I am scared, nervous, excited and can't "weight" to get back to a normal size. I work at a gym for heavens sake. What kind of an example am I? I have been married for 32 years to a great guy, have 3 wonderful children and 5 grandchildren. I have been up and down so many times it would make your head spin. I have tried everything. They all work, and then comes the truth. You can't do it forever. I need help. My surgery is scheduled for July 14, in TJ, Mexico. I am self pay. I live in Alberta, Canada.

Hi Iam going for surgery on July 14,2009. I am nervous, but very excited. I have not been told about a pre op diet yet. but I am sure that is coming. I have done lots of reading, and hoping that this is the answer. I know all of you feel the same way. Dr. Kuri in Mexico is doing the surgery. I am from Alberta Canada, so I have a bit of a trip ahead of me, in more ways than one.

I am going for surgery July 14. Less than a month now.

I live in Alberta, Canada. Yes 4 hours is quite aways to go for a fill. but no one seems to do fills unless they did the surgery

I work at Curves, so hopefully the exercise will not be a problem. I just had a cortizone shot in my knee, so now I can get back to exercise. I just found a store nearby that sells lots of sugar free and fat free dressings.
