actually, on the way home from my being banded, my wife informed me she will not be getting banded. said the biggest issue was not drinking Water with meals, which i find difficult. said she will go back on atkins instead. this bummed me out. i dont have the willpower to stay on atkins myself for long times, this is why i sought banding. to help me. i have a very large appetite. easier to follow restrictions if you can only eat a little bit. today i am going for my first fill. anxious to see how it will feel. tomorrow i am going to Arrowhead stadium for an awards banquet for my work. the KC wolf is a guest speaker.

i am absolutly not a nymph, altho years back if i was a gal i could have been described as a nympho. hoping the band will help me recover some of that.

add circuit city to the same intersection...just found out there is a new one opening soon. this is especially good as they seem to have lower prices on big screens, and i am collecting gift cards.

so i've learned hillary is a nose-picker, a witch, and eats baby hands.

if the person asking is overweight, smile and ask them how much they have lost lately

my wife and i use amazon all the time...i love the product reviews. i compare prices on a lot of things, and when i decide which one i like i order it, but if it's close in price at target, walmart or bestbuy i go to the store knowing exactly what i'm getting. they are all at the same big intersection 2 miles from my house...zip in and zip out. i rarely buy anything big without checking amazon reviews.

haven't got the bill, but ins co website says i'm responsible for $4oo of the 52k they billed. i had an out of pocket max of about $900 when i had surgery(5th surgery in 2007)

i ask as i am curious wether non-Mormons would give him consideration. in the spirit of full disclosure, i am Mormon, but i wont vote for him just because he is one too. i have not made my decision yet.

i get my first fill tuesday. wed is my company quarterly awards ceremony at chiefs stadium, so i definatly wont be able to eat much. i have been sitting here for 4 weeks wondering what capacity my band was, cuz i didnt ask. just now as i started to type this i noticed the little card that was in my take home bag, and i just now read the tiny print and learned i have a 4cc band.

alth i am not a nymph, i was banded nov 9 and am down 35 lbs. i have been holding steady for about a week. my first fill is this tuesday!

i've lost 30 lbs since surgery nov 9th, but most was water weight. i have my first fill next week.

i bought my bullet art walmart 2 days ago and love it already. this morning i grilled a chicken breast and chopped it and put it in...presto...instant chicken salas...added a bit of onion and some blue cheese dressing...yummy. oh...and when i told my wife i wanted to get a magic bullet she thought i meant something else, too !!!

i packed mine up and brought it with me to surgery, but did not use it...have not unpacked it yet. i do not like it and am not used to it. i tried to avoid using it by opting for a UPPP surgery.helped my overall breathing, but last study i had was over 70 events per hour.

i was banded nov 9, and i really didnt start feeling hunger til the 3rd week. i am on mushies, and i eat eggs, cheese, sf pudding, tuna,chili(no beans...blech) and lots of soup. today i think i'll magic bullet a chicken breast and see how that goes. pre-band i would have a salad with 3 grilled chicken breast, a whole head of lettuce a can of mushroom sauteed with 1/4 onion. now i cannot fathom eating so much food even in a whole day, much less 1 meal!

i had severe gerd before banding...would chew 3-4 xtra stregth tums at a time, 2-3 times a day, especially at bedtime. i think since banding i might have had 4 tums total.

there are always pluses and minuses to everything. i consider the things that effect me personally.

my in network is 90/10, but this was my 5th surgery this year and my out of pocket max for the year on the date i had surgery was a little over 900. yay!

wm may actually reduce the carbon footprint in a community because you can find more of the things you need in one place, therefore have to drive less from store to store getting all the stuff you need. one trip...less gas, less emissions.

i would say it is probably normal, bur as i was banded only 3 days before you not sure. i lost 25 lbs in 4 days, then held for a bit, switched to diet v8 splash, watching carbs, and now i am 308 from 343, for 35 lbs lost since nov 9 surgery.

i go to walmart because i'm cheap and so are they, plus i can get most things i need in one visit. do i agree with how they do things? no. and whenever it is slow and i'm not in a hurry(rarely) i attempt to recruit employees.
