  1. I can absolutely help you with this! I have enough butt for at least 5 people. :cursing:
  2. I've had a rough couple of weeks. It started out with gaining 3 pounds and not knowing why. Then last weekend I went out of town to visit family and gained 3 more pounds. Then today, I broke down and ordered pizza and ate way too much! I now have left over pizza in the fridge....ugh! I need to get in for a fill but I can't afford it right now so I need to buckle down and eat better. I also need need need to exercise. I just can't make myself do it! Any suggestions to get me through this funk?
  3. I really like BSN Lean Dessert in Chocolate Pudding flavor. I add a tablespoon of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and it's super yummy. The PB2 is 85% less fat than regular peanut butter, but with all the yumminess!
  4. Josie says: Of course, Deucie, I would love to be your girl!:wub::crying:
  5. **swoon** Maddie is ah-dor-ah-ble!!!!:wub::crying: One of my fave places online is the forums on Spoiled Maltese. Spoiled Maltese - the largest maltese dog forum and website They don't even mind that Josie's a mix. If you're into spoiling your fluffbutt like I am, you'll love it. Josie says: My new stroller came in the mail yesterday, it's purple!!!
  6. Hello, I'm new here too, but I've been banded for six months. Yes, I had to jump through plenty of hoops, even though I was self-pay because my insurance wouldn't cover it. I had to see a psychologist, nutritionist, respiratory therapist, do a sleep study, and I think that's it. It was a pain in the bum, but it was so worth it!
  7. Bobbie! I'm so glad to see you here!!! Josie says: Now boys, don't get worried if your mommy gets all skinny, she'll still love you best.
  8. Oh my dog! Bobbie!!!! Who knew the internet is really such a small world! Congrats on getting started on this journey. It's definitely not easy, but it's sooooo worth it! Josie says: Hey Deuce and Jeter! I wear my harness from you every single day and I get tons of compliments on it!
  9. Yep, Josie is a maltipoo too! She's 3 1/2 years old and she's definitely my kid.
  10. I'm in! I added myself to the spreadsheet. Anything I can do to help get myself motivated will be great!
  11. Hello all, my name is Stephanie. I'm 32 years old and live in Lincoln, Nebraska. I've been banded since 11/18/08. I've lost 81 pounds so far and still going strong! I've got about 125 pounds more to go to my dream goal. Josie is my Maltese-mix, who is my baby. She and I are an inseparable team. I met Crimson Tide on another LB forum and he said you guys are awesome, so here I am! Can't wait to meet you all!
