You are my inspiration! Im so irritated with myself. I know I could have been further down the road with weight loss if I would only let go of old eating habits. Im jumping back on the wagon. I didnt put myself through this for nothing. Im just glad I got to see your profile to get my head in the right place again. Thank you.

I had surgery on Aug 31, 09. Im having trouble getting around new eating habbits. I dont know how to make it interesting as far as menu items go. I know Im still on the mushy part of the diet but, I want to know do you ever get use to slowing down. It almost seems like too much for me to have to think about how well Im chewing and how long its taking me to eat. I feel like "oh my gosh did I make a mistake?" Does anyone have any advice on how to get through this? I know why I did it, but I feel so left out when other people are eating what they want and when. It doesnt seem real that this will work for me but Iv seen it work for so many people. Help, help help. does anyone feel that way too??

I just had to pick my jaw up off of the floor after look at all of your photos. you are very inspiring! I am 293 as of today and I will be having surgery some time in August! your journey is what I can only hope for, for myself! keep up the good work!
