  11. Most pharmacy's sell Vitamins in liquid form, this should solve your dilemma.
  12. I too am looking forward to August surgury, I am very impatient. I feel I need the control of the lap-band. I have tried diets and the only one that seemed to work for me was the Atkins Diet. I went on it twice and each time I lost considerable weight, only to gain it all back and then some. My knees and back are paying the price for the weight I've carried most of my adult life. For all the anomousity the operation carries with it, the outcome is the silver lining. I hope that all goes well for you, and you resume a life not burdened by the physical and emotional degradation of obesity.:confused:
