    Thanks Toptier, that was very kind. I got the referral from my doctor today and now it's on to the next stage.

    I am currently in the process of getting the referral from my doctor. My husband and I have talked about this and despite the huge debt it will incurr he is being supportive. I am 43 this year and want to leave behind the life long dieting train. The whole thing looks so very frightening though desperation is pushing me on.
