  1. I am in for 15. Loved the MD challange, just missed my goal, but still lost 8.7#!!! Jamie
  2. I am so glad for this challange! It makes me be accountable, which is just what I need! Thanks, Jamie:thumbup:
  3. I would love to join. I haven't done one yet! 10 pounds for me. I am scheduled for a fill on wednesday.
  4. There is one called weight mirror. Upload a picture of yourself and then tell it how much you want to lose. FREE! I have a picture of myself hanging up 70# down. Fun to do. Jamie
  5. How's everyone's preop diet going? I discovered that I can't stand the vanilla and apricot/pineapple shakes. I wanted to trade in my full boxes, but they won't. I am going to buy more chocolate tomorrow. What kind are you guys drinking? What are you having for Snacks? I am having SF Jello and chicken broth. Just checking in!
  6. I am having surgery on 9/3, start my shakes tomorrow. Dr. Richardson is also doing my surgery. I am nervous about the 2 week liquid diet. What do you guys take for Vitamins? I hate the Calcium citrate lozenges. Do you take something else? I am also not a fan of the vit d capsule. It doesn't go down well. Kelly did just call me and say that they have a new vit d liquid in the office. Just curious what everyone else is doing! Thanks, Jamie
