  1. I have had the lap band for a little over 4 years now and have experienced my ups and downs with this process. I initially went from 360lbs to 190lbs but after having a baby, I am now back to 240 and cannot get back on track! It seems chocolate is my current addiction Being that all of my friends are naturally thin and athletic, I don't have many people in my current life who can understand my struggles. Therefore, I would like to meet fellow banders in the area, around my age (31), who want to attempt and tackle this journey together in efforts to stay on track!
  2. Is anyone else out there having hair loss over a year after surgery? My doctor requires me to get 90 grams of protien daily and I have stuck to that religiously. I also take a daily vitamin and an iron supplement. It's very frustrating that I am now 160lbs lighter than I was 1 year ago and yet I wear my now thin hair up in a pony daily every day
  3. I was reading your response about cheating during your liquid diet and I too have cheated pretty bad. I still have 9 days to go of my two weeks so I figure if I do well for the next 9 days, it will be ok. Did your surgery still go as planned?
