  1. Jacksonville - Administrative Fees Question

    sdc111993 posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
    A couple of the doctors here in Jacksonville charge a $500 non-ref admin fee up front, not covered by insurance, to do paperwork and such. Can those who have had saurgery weigh in on whether their doc charged this? I'm doing some comparisons and this is one of the things I want to consider when choosing a doc! Thanks!
