  1. I was banded March 16 and just had my first fill this past Tuesday. I am still on soft foods but not feeling as restricted as I had hoped for. In my support group they discuss having to have several fills before feeling the full restriction.
  2. Hang in there. Stay off the scale. I know it is easier said then done!!!! My doctor would not let me weigh in the office till after the third week. You are still swollen and healing from your surgery. It will start coming off just stick to your food plan, eat small bites and start moving.
  3. Hello, I am new tonight. I was banded on March 16, 2009 by Dr Voung; I am sure you have seen his threads. I am 8 weeks out tomorrow and have lost 40 pounds. I just had my first fill last Tuesday.:laugh:
