  1. Good. A little at a time. Before you know it you will be running. Kidding....in due time.
  2. Please above all things, you need to take it easy and concentrate on feeling better. If and when you can, you need to get up and walk. Great for the gas and excellent in preventing blood clots. Take it easy.....
  3. The gas pains do suck. Just try to walk around so you can pass it.
  4. Hey LeighaMason: I love your other "ticker" regarding Easter. Great idea.
  5. I just got off the phone with my doctor and he said that it probably is due to either sleeping on the port sight or you may have irritated the area from vomiting. He told me to take 400mg of Ibuprofen for 3 days every 8 hours. Because I can still eat and drink and not vomit, chances are that nothing is "stuck" or out of wack.
  6. I just got directions on how to put the ticker on here. We shall see.
  7. Mine started last Wednesday after a full day of vomiting. I can keep food down but I don't feel the same restriction like before. I have a call into my doctor so I can go get this checked out. I will let you know. Chances are with you that you do not have food stuck or you would be trying to throw it up.
  8. How did you make out? I was banded 05/05/09 and I am experiencing the same symptoms?
  9. I love Dr. Baptista too! You have hit the nail on the head with his compassion and understanding. I always make sure I don't miss any appointments as well, because that is how you sink. Good luck to everyone on their "new lives".
  10. Great job WHOOOT. Keep up the great work. You can do it. I know at times it will become difficult but just remember the goal.
  11. Shiny and clear. I am able to see through to white strips
  12. It is the top "shiny" not the heal strips. Do I just let them ball up around me and then let them fall off?
  13. How do I begin to remove the "top" tape from my incisions? I had surgery 8 days ago and they are getting very itchy but I am still sore and do not wish any more pain
