    Hi, I live in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. I have been sitting on the fence for about a year now. I am 44 years old and can easily stand to lose a good 100 pounds. What should I do first? I am scared if I go see my doctor, she will try to discourage me from doing this. And advice would be appreciated.
