I am with you. And I was told my weightloss may be slow since I had a conversion. But it doesn't make it any easier. I am not doing what I should be anymore either. I got tired of counting everything & not seeing the results I thought I should be seeing. I need some encouragement for real!
You guys, I really need help getting back on track with my lifestyle change after getting the sleeve. I had surgery in February. I can pretty much eat anything I want & not get sick, although it is a considerably smaller portion. Weight loss was slow for me after my band to sleeve conversion. I think that's what made me veer off path. Anyone out there interested in helping to keep me accountable? Have you been here? Any advice?
I had band to sleeve on 2/11/19. It will get better! I walked in circles around my leaving room to relieve gas pressure in my upper abdomen & chest. It really works! I also found relief by laying on my tummy. I use an albuterol inhaler to open up my air passages & used my spirometer daily for 3 weeks.
