I have now reached my personal goal of 160, the dr wants me at 135. I feel good where i am now. I feel a little sad because everyone says i'm so skinny now(never thought i would hear that) and that its too much i have lost??? I'm feeling insecure about being too skinny??? I cant win:( Should I continue to lose weight?

I am 8 mths after surgery, I take multi vit. 5000 biotin and take in plenty protein...MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT LIKE CRAZY!:party: lucky my hair WAS thick before surg. because I would be bald by now!...though if this keeps up, that's exactly what i'll be! Please tell me it grows back and this wont be much longer?!?!

they told me I didn't have to go on a pre op diet but I kinda put myself on one...just in case! I don't want to be on the table and wake up to find out they couldn't do my surg. cuz of a fat liver! I'm so excited for all of us! To-leftover_eidoes,BigMomma, and Sluggo

I have my surg. date for Dec. 15th, 09......I am soooo....excited! It has been a long journey. Can't wait for the big day:)

That is so cool! I can't wait to hear those words, APPROVED:thumbup: I am just starting and it is a bummer to have to jump the hoops(which i am doing)! I know it will be worth it in the end. Good luck to you!:thumbup:
