I have now reached my personal goal of 160, the dr wants me at 135. I feel good where i am now. I feel a little sad because everyone says i'm so skinny now(never thought i would hear that) and that its too much i have lost??? I'm feeling insecure about being too skinny??? I cant win:( Should I continue to lose weight?

-55 pounds. (I had surgery Dec. 1st 2009, but this picture from August 2 2009 was ONCE one of my favorite pictures of me. When looking at it...holy heck I can see a HUGE difference!)

I have five kids, and 3 were c-sections. I now have the lap band cuts so my stomach has gone through some struggles;P -

Garland417,nope,no stomach surg. and i hope i can work it out so I dont have to. we will see at the end of my journey if I do or not. My stomach is the hardest part to lose.

I am 8 mths after surgery, I take multi vit. 5000 biotin and take in plenty protein...MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT LIKE CRAZY!:party: lucky my hair WAS thick before surg. because I would be bald by now!...though if this keeps up, that's exactly what i'll be! Please tell me it grows back and this wont be much longer?!?!

Welcome Ceron! This is just the start of your new life, u got this in motion and are ready for a change. The whole process is scary but exciting at the same time. I dont regret my choice at all! I have struggle with weight all my life. If you have any questions at all, just let me know. We are all here for the ride of a lifetime. Hope you enjoyed your seminar, and again, welcome:)
