  1. I just had this happen over the weekend. I ate shrimp, which I never had a problem with before, but now do since my last fill. I threw it up immediately. After that, all weekend I was throwing up. The nurse said I probably irritated my stomach and band which caused some swelling and then everything after that had a hard time going through. She said if you throw up to put yourself on liquids for 12 hours so the inflammation can go down. It makes sense. The doctor did remove 1/2 cc from me anyway.
