Dear Starting to feel sick, I too was crazy with work just before my surgery. I really had to tell myself that I am always working like crazy for everyone but myself. I was committed to doing something just for me that would change my life. Try to focus on what you want out of the surgery and try to keep that as your focus. My goal is to feel good enough about myself to take a picture with my kids, 8 & 10 yoa. That was enough for me to say, I could work 24/7 and it still would not be enough to get everything accomplished. I returned to work 1 week after surgery, my mistake, but I took it real slow and after the second week back I felt like I was getting stronger each day. I got caught up and feel great. We are in charge of our future, no one else. You are so worth this time and you deserve it! Keep positive and feel great. For me 3/2

Dear Please Help! This may sound very silly but does it only occur when you sit or does it happen when you stand and eat as well? My train of thought goes to positioning of your stomach and band in relation to sitting and standing. Perhaps sitting is pushing up the stomach which makes the flow more restricted. I truly hope this resolves itself for you as your committment is strong. I applaud you and wish you the best. Forme 3/2
  3. I had my surgery on 3/2 and will probably receive my first fill this Wednesday. I was looking to see what others have said about that first fill experience. I feel like I can eat more now so I am glad to be getting the fill, I don't want to lose momentum. Old demons have a way of creeping back in just when you thought you had it under control. Thank you to all who write about your experiences. You give the rest of us hope and reassurance. Thank you.
