Band_Groupie - I have such a hard time keeping emotional composure when I think or read of this terror attack. Even now, I am nearly to emotional to type this reply. I set here and listend to the names being read off. This event is burnt into my mind. I was at home and work when this happened. What a numb emotional day that was. I mentioned it in my blog entry as well today. God Bless the USA!

Band_Groupie and JayTee562 you are awesome! I congradulate you both on the success you have had. I am reporting my weigh in this morning 250.4. I have had a extreme couple of food DAYS! Ugh! Today is a new day and I am getting back on track! I have scheduled my 4th fill also. I am going in on September 25th at 11:45. This one will be for a tweek. I am on the fence....do I really need a fill, or am I pushing it??? I have some time to figure it out. Happy Friday to you all!
