i use a Magic Bullet blender to crush my meds. i take metformin also. hope this helps.

Hi everyone!! I got banded on April 15th. I thought my surgery was on the 16th but i arrived in Mexico a day early and they went ahead with my surgery. I am doing good. Still a little sore at my port site.

My self pay in Mexico is $7000 and that is with a lifetime of fills, but I live 10 hours away so I am going to a fill Dr. in Ft. Worth Tx. I had to save a long time just for that much.

Is anyone else going to Mexico for surgery? Or has anyone already been there for surgery? I would love to hear from anyone who has. I will be going to STAR MEDICA in Juuarez,Mexico on April 16th. I am getting excited.:thumbup:

:thumbup::eek: I am also scheduled for the 16th of April. My surgery will be in Juarez, Mexico with Dr, Rodriquez. I am scared about crossing the border, but it is the only place i can afford. Hope all goes good for the both of us. Good luck!!!
