Yeah someone else that has Bc/bs of Ill...how did you find out that it will only be 500 bucks?? They just gave me this whole mumbo jumbo about no deductable and then 85/15 for both hospital and doctor..That will be super if it is only 500 bucks... I have only gone to my seminar on 3/11 and now I have to go to my Dr. to start the weight loss 6 month sentance. I have about 140 to lose..depending on if I want to be 150 or 140..haven't decided yet... Deener:lol:

I'm not telling anyone else I am having my stomach banded. They feel they need to tell me I'm not that big, I don't need it, I can diet/exersize and loose it and go on with my life. Last week I was told I was Huge by a patient now different ppl are telling me I don't need surgery... NOT happening..I have made the biggest decision of my life and I'm not going to let Anyone change my mind!!! Diets don't work for us...Infact I'm trying to do the 6 months diet and cannot even kick the sugar/ junkfood habit. I need extra help !!! Hope I can kick this Sugar / chocolate habit... Any Tips??? Anyhoo...I vented...I'll be much better now

Hi I'm new I have only just begun. I had my informational meeting and got the bad news the my insurance requires me to do 6 months of MD weight loss..oh well that gives me time to save my $$$. I have like $225 saved already..yeah. I haven't gotten my first appt with my MD so he can start documenting all the BS, but I'm preparing myself to go off the bad food..gooodnesss additic or what?? My BMI is 45 guess that is the new "Thing" insted of height and weight. I'm getting excited, but my husband thinks I'm not doing the surgery for the right reasons. He thinks I'm doing it to because my father is horrible to me about being overweight. Anyone else have that problem?? No spouse/signifigant other support??? I think it will be a hard road without his support. Oh well this is for me no one else!!:scared2:
